Café con Panna

Café con Panna:
1.Start by brewing Cordoba’s Espresso Forza Traditional (can be brewed in either a Bialetti Espresso Maker or any automatic Espresso Machine) For a 8oz cup, you will need 2oz of coffee or I double shot.
2.Pour into a 6oz serving cup.
3.Pour approx. 4oz. of regular 2% milk into a separate cup .
4.Froth using a latte whip or a whipping cup until it is creamy velvet texture,
5.Pour milk over coffee,
6.Garnish with a sprinkle of coffee grinds.

The Tiramisu Americano:
1.Brewing Cordoba’s Espresso Forza Tiramisu (can be brewed in either a Bialetti Espresso Maker or any automatic Espresso Machine) For a 8oz cup, you will need 4oz of coffee or 2 double shots.
2.Pour into a 8oz serving cup.

4.Stir
5.Top with brown sugar.

1.Start by brewing Cordoba’s Tiramisu Espresso (can be brewed in either a Bialetti Espresso Maker or any automatic Espresso Machine) For a 8oz cup, you will need 2oz of coffee or I double shot.
2.Pour into a 8oz serving cup.
3.Pour approx. 4oz. of regular 2% milk into a separate cup .
4.Froth using a latte whip or a whipping cup with just a small head of froth,
5.Pour milk over coffee,
6.Garnish with whip cream Caramel and Caramel syrup.

Espresso Forza Sambuca Chilli Sicilian Icespresso

Chilli Sicilian Icespresso

1.Start by brewing Cordoba’s Espresso Forza Sambuca (can be brewed in either a Bialetti Espresso Maker or any automatic Espresso Machine) For a 12oz cup, you will need 4oz of coffee or 2 double shots.
2.Pour into a blender.
3.Add ½ cup of ice.
4.Add sugar as required.
5.Pour approx. 2oz. of Cream (or whole milk) into blender.
6.Blend at the crush setting for 1 minute (texture should be similar to a slushy).
7.Pour into a 12oz. Cup.
8.Top with whipped cream and Strawberry Syrup.

Mr. Cordi and his family have lived this dream and the Cordoba Coffee company has become much more than our founder could have ever imagined. The Present: Our Mission

A traditional coffee house, beans slowly roasting under the attentive eyes of a master roaster. Cordoba Coffee been roasting superior coffee for over 30 years. The flavour comes from the freshest beans, the finest beans and the master roaster. Mr. Cordi, makes his coffee in small batches so that each blend tastes great and the coffee is bagged quickly so it reaches your coffee pot fast and fresh. The pride that goes into every bean, every bag is why we believe in our brand promise “good coffee is fresh coffee”. Try one of our traditional blends of coffee, traditional or flavoured with all natural organic flavouring.
